OCG Rulings
- "Armor Ninjitsu Art of Rust Mist" cannot be activated during the Damage Step. If it is already active, its effect can be activated during the Damage Step.[1]
- Even if you do not control a "Ninja" monster at resolution, the effect that halves ATK is still applied.[1]
- The ATK of the monsters remains halved even if "Armor Ninjitsu Art of Rust Mist" is no longer on the field.[1]
- The ATK is halved when the effect of "Armor Ninjitsu Art of Rust Mist" resolves.[1]
