- Special Summoning this card from the hand does not start a Chain Link.[1]
- Even if "Battlin' Boxer Sparrer" is Special Summoned while the effect of "Skill Drain" is being applied, since "Battlin' Boxer Sparrer" was Special Summoned by the method described in its text, you cannot conduct your Battle Phase that turn.[2]
