OCG Rulings

- The "When you take damage from an attack involving this card, or from an opponent's card effect: This card gains ATK equal to the amount of damage you took." effect is a Trigger Effect. (This is a mandatory effect. It activates even during the Damage Step.)[1]
- The "This card gains ATK equal to the amount of damage you took." is applied each time "you take damage from an attack involving this card, or from an opponent's card effect". (The ATK increases further each time.)[1]
- The ATK gained by this card's effect remains increased as long as this card remains face-up on the field.[1]
