OCG Rulings
- The effect of "Big Eye" is a Trigger Effect that activates on the field. (The effect does not target. It always activates if "Big Eye" is flipped face-up. It also activates during the Damage Step.)[1]
- When resolving the effect, you choose to look at 1 to 5 cards.[1]
- Only the player who activated the effect looks at cards from the top of their Deck. (You do not need to confirm the cards with your opponent.)[1]
