In this situation, can I activate the effect of "Blackwing - Auster the Southern Wind" that places a Wedge Counter on each face-up monster on my opponent's field?
- A: Each face-up monster on the field can only have 1 Wedge Counter on it. In this scenario, you cannot place a second Wedge Counter on a monster that already has one due to the effect of other cards such as "Blackwing Armor Master".
