• Q: There are 3 monsters on my opponent's field, and only 1 on my field. If I activate the effect of "Boot Sector Launch" that Special Summons "rokket" monsters from my Graveyard, but my opponent chains "Tyrant's Tantrum" and Tributes 2 of their monsters, how does the effect resolve?

A: In this scenario, since your opponent Tributes 2 monsters to activate "Tyrant's Tantrum", the number of monsters each player controls becomes the same. In that case, the effect of "Boot Sector Launch" is not applied. (No monsters are Special Summoned.)
