OCG Rulings

  • The effect to negate the activation of a Trap Card can be activated even during the Damage Step.[1]
  • The effect to return this card from the Graveyard to your hand cannot be activated during the Damage Step.[1]
  • The effect to return this card from the Graveyard to your hand is a Spell Speed 2 effect.[1]
