OCG Rulings

  • This card is not treated as a "HERO" monster.[1]
  • The effect that makes this card unable to be destroyed by battle once per turn is a Continuous Effect.[1]
  • "If this card has "Comics Hero King Arthur" as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect" is not treated as an effect. (While "CXyz Comics Hero Legend Arthur" has "Comics Hero King Arthur" as Xyz Material, it gains the "●" effect.)[1]
  • "●" is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target. Detaching 1 Xyz Material from this card is the cost to activate this effect.)[1]
  • This effect can optionally be activated at the end of the Damage Step in which "CXyz Comics Hero Legend Arthur" destroyed an opponent's monster by battle and sent it to the Graveyard.[1]
  • Banishing the destroyed monster and inflicting damage to your opponent happen at the same time.[1]
