- Q: I Normal Summon a "Capacitor Stalker" and activate its effect, targeting a "Balancer Lord" on my field. If my opponent chains "Book of Moon" and changes "Balancer Lord" to face-down Defense Position, how does the effect of "Capacitor Stalker" resolve?
- A: When resolving the effect of "Capacitor Stalker", if the targeted monster is in face-down Defense Position, it is no longer a correct target and the effect is not applied. (Even if the targeted monster is flipped face-up again, it will not gain 800 ATK.)[1]
