OCG Rulings
- The effect of this card that adds a "Cynet Fusion" from your Deck to your hand is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target.)[1]
- The effect of this card that Special Summons a Level 4 or lower Cyberse-Type monster from your Graveyard is a Trigger Effect. (It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)[1]
- This effect resolves by Special Summoning the targeted monster with its effects negated. (The part of the effect that prevents you from Special Summoning monsters from the Extra Deck except Fusion Monsters is also applied immediately.)[1]
- The Special Summoned monster’s effects will be negated as long as that monster remains face-up in the Monster Zone.[1]
