OCG Rulings
- The effect of "Constellar Alrescha" is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target.)[1]
- The effect can be activated when "Constellar Alrescha" is Normal Summoned face-up.[1]
- You cannot activate the effect if you have no "Constellar" monsters in your hand.[1]
- You cannot activate the effect of "Constellar Alrescha" if you Normal Summon it by the effect of an "Ultimate Offering" activated as Chain 2 or higher.[1]
