OCG Rulings
- The effect "Once per turn, when a "Constellar" Xyz Monster(s) is Special Summoned to your side of the field (except during the Damage Step): You can draw 1 card" starts a Chain Link. (It does not target. It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)[1]
- The effect of "Constellar Star Chart" can be activated not only when a "Constellar" Xyz Monster is Xyz Summoned to your Monster Zone, but also when a "Constellar" Xyz Monster is Special Summoned by a card effect such as "Monster Reborn".[1]
- The effect of "Constellar Star Chart" cannot be activated when a "Constellar" Xyz Monster is Special Summoned by a card effect activated as Chain 2 or higher.[1]
- If "Constellar Star Chart" is destroyed by the effect of a "Mystical Space Typhoon" activated in Chain to the activation of the effect of "Constellar Star Chart", you do not draw a card.[1]
