A: In this scenario, when a monster equipped with "Cyberdark Claw" is destroyed by battle, "Cyberdark Claw" can no longer be equipped to it, so it is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. Since it is not treated as being sent to the Graveyard while equipped to a monster, you cannot activate its effect that adds a "Cyberdark" monster in your Graveyard to your hand.
