OCG Rulings

  • This card cannot be activated during the Damage Step.[1]
  • Whether this card is activated during your turn or your opponent's turn, you roll a six-sided die once when its effect resolves.[1]
  • The effect applied when this card is activated during your turn does not target.[1]
  • When applying this effect, banishing cards from your GY and sending cards from the top of your Deck to the GY do not happen simultaneously.[1]
  • The effect applied when this card is activated during your opponent's turn does not target.[1]
  • When applying this effect, sending cards from the top of your Deck to the GY and banishing 1 card from your GY do not happen simultaneously.[1]

Q&A Rulings

  • Q: If there are no cards in my GY, can I activate "Dice It" during my own turn?
A: You cannot activate "Dice It" during your turn if there are no cards in your GY.[2]
  • Q: If there are no cards in my Deck, can I activate "Dice It" during my opponent's turn?
A: You cannot activate "Dice It" during your opponent's turn if there are no cards in your Deck.[3]
A: While the effect of "Imperial Iron Wall" is applying, you cannot activate "Dice It" during your own turn. However, even if the effect of "Imperial Iron Wall" is applying, you can still activate "Dice It" during your opponent's turn. (In that case, you send cards from the top of your Deck to the GY normally, but if the die result was 6, you do not banish a card from your GY.)[4][5]
