- A: In this scenario, even if the effect of "Skill Drain" is applying and the effects of all face-up monsters on the field are negated, a "Dinowrestler Coelasilat" that was Special Summoned by its own effect cannot be used as material for a Link Summon other than for a "Dinowrestler" monster.
