- The effect "Once per turn: You can remove 3 Kaiju Counters from anywhere on the field; destroy all monsters your opponent controls. "Kaiju" monster Rulings
OCG Rulings
- The effect "You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) to your opponent's field in Attack Position, by Tributing 1 monster they control." is not an Ignition, Trigger, Quick or Continuous Effect. (1 monster in your opponent's Monster Zone is Tributed as a procedure to Special Summon this card by this effect, then the Special Summon is performed. Tributing and Special Summoning this card are not considered to happen at the same time. Special Summoning this card this way does not start a Chain Link.)[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]
- The effect "If your opponent controls a "Kaiju" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand) in Attack Position." is not an Ignition, Trigger, Quick or Continuous Effect. (Special Summoning this card this way does not start a Chain Link.)[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]
- The effect "You can only control 1 "Kaiju" monster." is not an Ignition, Trigger, Quick or Continuous Effect.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]
- Each player can only control 1 face-up "Kaiju" monster in their Monster Zone. If your opponent controls a face-up "Dogoran, the Mad Flame Kaiju" in their Monster Zone, you cannot Special Summon "Kumongous, the Sticky String Kaiju" to your opponent's Monster Zone by Tributing "Dogoran, the Mad Flame Kaiju". (Note that if you control no "Kaiju" monsters in your Monster Zone, you can Special Summon "Kumongous, the Sticky String Kaiju" to your Monster Zone.)[8]
- Each player can only control 1 face-up "Kaiju" monster in their Monster Zone. If you control a face-up "Radian, the Multidimensional Kaiju" in your Monster Zone, you cannot Tribute Summon "Thunder King, the Lightningstrike Kaiju" in face-up Attack Position by Tributing "Radian, the Multidimensional Kaiju". (Note that you can still Tribute Set "Thunder King, the Lightningstrike Kaiju" by Tributing "Radian, the Multidimensional Kaiju".)[9]
- Each player can only control 1 face-up "Kaiju" monster in their Monster Zone. If the only face-up monster in your opponent's Monster Zone is a "Fullmetalfoes Alkahest" equipped with "Dogoran, the Mad Flame Kaiju", then your opponent controls no face-up "Kaiju" monsters in their Monster Zone. Therefore, you can Special Summon "Kumongous, the Sticky String Kaiju" from your hand to your opponent's Monster Zone by Tributing "Fullmetalfoes Alkahest".[10]
- You can can only control 1 face-up "Kaiju" monster in your Monster Zone. If you control no face-up "Kaiju" monsters in your Monster Zone, you can Pendulum Summon multiple "Kaiju" monsters from your hand at the same time. In that case, you must destroy "Kaiju" monsters until you only control 1 "Kaiju" monster in your Monster Zone.
- If you Pendulum Summon "Kumongous, the Sticky String Kaiju" and "Radian, the Multidimensional Kaiju", you must destroy either "Kumongous, the Sticky String Kaiju" or "Radian, the Multidimensional Kaiju" and send it to the Graveyard.[11]
- You can can only control 1 face-up "Kaiju" monster in your Monster Zone. If you control no face-up "Kaiju" monsters in your Monster Zone, you can activate "Soul Charge" by targeting a "Kaiju" monster in your Graveyard. If you Special Summon 2 or more "Kaiju" monsters with the effect of "Soul Charge", you lose 1000 Life Points for each monster Special Summoned by that effect, then you must destroy "Kaiju" monsters until you only control 1 "Kaiju" monster in your Monster Zone.
- If you activate "Soul Charge" by targeting "Gadarla, the Mystery Dust Kaiju" and "Thunder King, the Lightningstrike Kaiju", both monsters are Special Summoned and you lose 2000 Life Points, but since you can only control 1 "Kaiju" monster, you must destroy either "Gadarla, the Mystery Dust Kaiju" or "Thunder King, the Lightningstrike Kaiju" and send it to the Graveyard.[12]
- "Gameciel, the Sea Turtle Kaiju" can be Special Summoned by Tributing a monster in your opponent's Extra Monster Zone. However, since "Gameciel, the Sea Turtle Kaiju" is Special Summoned to your opponent's Main Monster Zone, if your opponent has no available Main Monster Zones, "Gameciel, the Sea Turtle Kaiju" cannot be Special Summoned. (In this case, Tribute 1 monster in your opponent's Main Monster Zone to Special Summon it to your opponent's Main Monster Zone.)[13]
