OCG Rulings
- Banishing 1 Winged Beast-Type monster from your Graveyard is a cost to activate this effect.[1]
- This effect cannot be activated during damage calculation.[1]
- This effect can only be activated once per Damage Step. If "Dragunity Knight - Gae Bulg battles twice or more during the same Battle Phase, then its effect may be activated once during each Damage Step.[2]
- This effect can be activated during the Damage Step of your opponent's turn.[3]

Rules posted online will be limited to super-complicated and really weird situations. Imagine going down to a dozen pages of card rules, instead of a thousand. It could happen.
