Card Rulings:Elemental HERO Aqua Neos
OCG Rulings
- When Special Summoning a monster like "Gladiator Beast Gyzarus" or "Elemental Hero Aqua Neos" from the Extra Deck, you can return a face-down monster "Gladiator Beast Bestiari" or "Gladiator Beast" monster or "Elemental Hero Neos" or "Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin" to the Deck. However, you must verify with the opponent that the face-down "Gladiator Beast Bestiari" is a proper Fusion Material Monster.[1]
Previously Official Rulings
These TCG rulings were issued by Upper Deck Entertainment and have since been declared unofficial by Konami.[2] They were previously considered official and can still be correct, as long as they follow the official gameplay rules, or unless Konami has issued a ruling that says otherwise. - If this card was Special Summoned properly by its own effect, then you can Special Summon it from the Graveyard with "Call of the Haunted", etc.
- If you control your opponent's "Elemental Hero Neos" or "Neo-Spacian", you can return it to your opponent's Deck to Special Summon this card.
- This card's effect activates during every End Phase. If this card is not face-up on the field during the End Phase of the turn it was Special Summoned, its effect will still activate during the next End Phase that it is face-up on the field for, and be returned to the Extra Deck.
