TCG Rulings

• If the Level of "Fortune Lady Earth" is reduced by an effect like "Miniaturize", the effect to inflict damage will not activate when "Fortune Lady Earth's" Level returns to normal.

OCG Rulings

• The effect that inflicts 400 damage to your opponent is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target.)

• This effect activates not only when this card's Level increases by its own effect, but also when this card's Level increases by another card effect such as "Star Changer".

• Q: If the Level of "Fortune Lady Earth" becomes 6 by an effect such as "Miniaturize", and after that it becomes 7 or higher because the effect of "Miniaturize" stopped applying, does the effect of "Fortune Lady Earth" that inflicts 400 damage to your opponent activate?

A: If the Level returns to its original value because the effect of "Miniaturize" stopped applying, then it is not treated as "increasing the Level". Therefore, if the Level of "Fortune Lady Earth" changes from 6 to 7 because the effect of "Miniaturize" stopped applying, the effect that inflicts 400 damage to your opponent does not activate.

• Q: If "Fortune Lady Earth" etc. changes its Level by its own effect, and its effects are negated by "Skill Drain" or "Forbidden Chalice", does its Level return to its original value?

A: If "Fortune Lady Earth" etc. is affected by the effect of "Skill Drain" or "Forbidden Chalice", its Level returns to the original value listed on the card.
