OCG Rulings
- The "also you cannot declare attacks, nor Special Summon monsters except Machine-Type monsters, for the rest of this turn." is applied when you activate this effect.[1]
- If the activation of the effect of "Geargiauger" is negated by "Divine Wrath", or if its effects is negated by an "Skill Drain" activated in a chain, then you can declare attacks and Special Summon non-Machine-Type monsters during that turn.[2]
