TCG Rulings
- Both effects of this card target 1 face-up Gemini Monster you control.[1]
- The effect to treat a Gemini monster as an Effect Monster activates even if all Gemini monsters you control are being treated as Effect Monsters.[1]
- The effect to treat a Gemini monster as an Effect Monster activates even if "Gemini Booster" is destroyed because the monster it was equipped to is destroyed by battle.[1]
- You can activate "Gemini Booster" during the Damage Step.[1]
- The effect to treat a Gemini monster as an Effect Monster starts a Chain.[1]
OCG Rulings
- The effect "Equip this card to a Gemini monster you control as an Equip Card. It gains 700 ATK" that resolves with the activation of the card "Gemini Booster".[2]
- If activating the card "Gemini Booster" during the Damage Step, it can be activated from the start of the Damage Step until before damage calculation.[2]
- The effect "When this card is destroyed while equipped and sent to the Graveyard, select 1 face-up Gemini monster and treat it as an Effect Monster" activates when it is sent to the Graveyard and makes a Chain Link. (It targets 1 face-up Gemini monster in the player's Monster Zone that is treated as a Normal Monster. Also, this effect can be activated even during the Damage Step.)[2]
- Even if "Gemini Booster" is destroyed as a result of losing its target because the equipped monster is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard etc., the effect "select 1 face-up Gemini monster and treat it as an Effect Monster" can be activated.[2]
