• The effect of "Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion" is a Quick Effect that activates in the hand.

• Discarding "Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion" is a cost to activate its effect.

• It can be activated during the Damage Step.

• The effect of "Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion" does not target. It is activated directly in a Chain to the activation of a Spell/Trap Card, the activation of a Spell/Trap Card's effect, or the activation of a monster effect, that includes any of the "●" effects.

Versus specific cards

• Chaos Dragon Levianeer: If a "Chaos Dragon Levianeer" that was Special Summoned by banishing 3 LIGHT monsters activates its effect, the effect of "Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion" can be activated in a Chain. The effect of "Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion" cannot be activated in Chain to the effect of a "Chaos Dragon Levianeer" that was Special Summoned by banishing 3 DARK monsters, or a combination of LIGHT and DARK monsters.

• Dragon Ice: If the opponent activates the effect of "Dragon Ice" by discarding "Dragon Ice" itself, since it is treated as an effect that Special Summons a monster from the Graveyard, the effect of "Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion" can be activated in a Chain. If the opponent activates the effect of "Dragon Ice" by discarding another card, the effect of "Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion" cannot be activated in a Chain.

When the opponent activates the effect of a "Green Baboon, Defender of the Forest" in the Graveyard, the effect of "Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion" can be activated in a Chain.

• Inferno Reckless Summon: When the opponent activates "Inferno Reckless Summon", the effect of "Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion" can be activated in a Chain.

• Infernoid Devyaty: When the opponent activates the effect of "Infernoid Devyaty" in a Chain to the activation of a monster effect activated in the Graveyard, since that effect banishes a card from the Graveyard, the effect of "Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion" can be activated in a Chain.
