OCG Rulings
- The effect of "Goddess of Whim" is an Ignition Effect that activates on the field. (The effect does not target.)[1]
- If the ATK of "Goddess of Whim" has been changed by another card's effect, its effect either doubles or halves its current ATK on the field.[1]

- "Goddess of Whim's" effect is an Ignition Effect. It can only be used once per turn, during your Main Phase.
- "Goddess of Whim's" total ATK is doubled or halved, including any Equip Cards, etc.
