OCG Rulings
- Special Summoning this card from the hand doesn't start a chain.[1]
- Cards like "Solemn Judgment" or "Solemn Warning" cannot negate the Special Summon of this card.[1]
- "The player that Special Summons this card wins the Duel" is a Victory Condition.[1]
- The effect of "Holactie the Creator of Light" that declares a victory is not gained by "Phantom of Chaos". Therefore, a victory cannot be declared.[2]
- A "Phantom of Chaos" that has obtained the name of "Obelisk the Tormentor", "Slifer the Sky Dragon" or "The Winged Dragon of Ra" cannot be Tributed to Special Summon "Holactie the Creator of Light". Therefore, you must Tribute 1 of each "Obelisk the Tormentor", "Slifer the Sky Dragon" or "The Winged Dragon of Ra" whose original names are printed on the cards.[3]
- The effect of "Holactie the Creator of Light" that declares a victory is a Victory Condition that does not start a chain and is applied upon its successful Summon. Therefore, when the Victory Condition is declared upon the successful Special Summon, "Divine Wrath" cannot be activated. Also, "Skill Drain" cannot negate the effect of "Holactie the Creator of Light" that declares a victory.[4]
- While the effect of "Holactie the Creator of Light" that prevents its Special Summon from being negated is applying, its Special Summon cannot be negated by "Solemn Judgment" or "Solemn Warning".[5]
- If "Prohibition" has declared "Holactie the Creator of Light", then "Holactie the Creator of Light" cannot be used. Therefore, "Holactie the Creator of Light" cannot be Special Summoned from the hand by tributing an "Obelisk the Tormentor", "Slifer the Sky Dragon" and "The Winged Dragon of Ra".[6]
- While "Mask of Restrict" is active, cards cannot be Tributed. Therefore, since "Obelisk the Tormentor", "Slifer the Sky Dragon" and "The Winged Dragon of Ra" cannot be Tributed, "Holactie the Creator of Light" cannot be Special Summoned from the hand.[7]
