OCG Rulings

  • The effect that increases the equipped monster's ATK and DEF by 700 does not start a Chain Link. (This is an effect that is applied to the equipped monster.)[1]
  • The effect that returns this card to the top of the Deck activates in the Graveyard. (This effect does not target. It always activates if "Horn of the Unicorn" is sent from the field to the Graveyard. It activates even during the Damage Step.)[1]
