TCG Rulings

  • The +800 ATK boost and the condition to remove the Synchro Monster from play [sic] resolve as a single Trigger Effect. This is not an effect that targets.[1]
  • Removing the Synchro Monster from play [sic] during the End Phase does not start a chain.[1]

OCG Rulings

  • Banishing the monster is part of the effect which increases its ATK by 800. Banishing the monster does not start another chain.[2]
