Q&A Rulings
- Q: I activate the second effect of "Infinitrack Anchor Drill", targeting a face-up "Infinitrack Drag Shovel" in my Monster Zone. If "Compulsory Evacuation Device" is chained to the effect, and "Infinitrack Anchor Drill" is returned to the hand, what happens?
- A: In this scenario, if "Infinitrack Anchor Drill" is no longer on the field when its effect resolves, the effect is not applied. (The Level of your face-up "Infinitrack Drag Shovel" does not change.)[2][3]
- Q: "Infinitrack Anchor Drill" and a "Qliphort Disk" that was Normal Summoned without Tributing are face-up in my Monster Zone. In this situation, if I activate the effect of "Infinitrack Anchor Drill" and target that "Qliphort Disk", what will their Levels become?
- A: In this scenario, "Qliphort Disk" is Level 4 due to its own effect, but its original Level is still 7. Therefore, when the effect of "Infinitrack Anchor Drill" is applied, both monsters' Levels become 11.[4]
