- Q: My "Infinitrack Mountain Smasher" destroyed my opponent's "Timegazer Magician" by battle. In this case, can I activate the effect of "Infinitrack Mountain Smasher" that attaches an opponent's monster it destroyed by battle to itself as a material?
- A: In this scenario, even if "Infinitrack Mountain Smasher" destroys an opponent's Pendulum Monster such as "Timegazer Magician" by battle, and that Pendulum Monster is added face-up to the Extra Deck instead of being sent to the GY, you can activate the effect of "Infinitrack Mountain Smasher". (The "Timegazer Magician" that was added face-up to the Extra Deck is then attached to "Infinitrack Mountain Smasher" as a material.)[2][3]
