Card Rulings:Iron Chain Repairman
OCG Rulings
- The effect that inflicts 300 damage to your opponent is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target.)[1]
- This effect activates mandatorily at the end of the Damage Step in which "Iron Chain Repairman" destroyed an opponent's monster by battle and sent it to the Graveyard.[1]
- This effect does not activate if "Iron Chain Repairman" battles a monster with the same ATK and both monsters are destroyed.[1]
- The effect that Special Summons 1 Level 4 or lower "Iron Chain" monster is an Ignition Effect. (It targets 1 "Iron Chain" monster in your Graveyard.)[1]

- "Iron Chain Repairman's" second effect targets 1 Level 4 or lower "Iron Chain" monster in your Graveyard.
- If "Iron Chain Repairman" attacks and its attack is negated, it cannot activate its second effect in Main Phase 2.
