OCG Rulings

• The "For a Synchro Summon, you can substitute this card for any 1 "Synchron" Tuner monster." is not treated as an effect.

• The "Once per turn: You can discard 1 card, then target 1 "Junk" non-Tuner monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. Immediately after this effect resolves, Synchro Summon 1 monster that lists a "Synchron" monster as a Tuner using only this card and that target. Synchro Material Monsters used for this Synchro Summon are banished." effect is an Ignition Effect. (Discarding 1 card is a cost to activate this effect. It targets 1 "Junk" monster in the Graveyard.)

• When this effect resolves, Special Summoning the targeted monster is considered the last thing to happen. Immediately after this effect resolves, you must Synchro Summon 1 Synchro Monster using the monster Special Summoned by this effect.

• This card can only target monsters that can be used to Synchro Summon 1 monster that lists a "Synchron" monster as a Tuner.

• While the effect of "Imperial Iron Wall" is being applied, the effect of "Junk Anchor" can be activated. After the targeted monster is Special Summoned from the Graveyard a Synchro Summon is performed. Since the effect of "Imperial Iron Wall" is being applied, Synchro Material Monsters are not banished.

• Even if "Phantom of Chaos" gains the effect of "Junk Anchor", the "For a Synchro Summon, you can substitute this card for any 1 "Synchron" Tuner monster." is not gained. (Therefore, even if you gain he effect of "Junk Anchor", since you cannot Synchro Summon an approppiate Synchro Monster, the gained effect cannot be activated.)
