OCG Rulings
- The effect "Once per turn, you can select 1 monster your opponent controls, and change its battle position. This effect can be activated during either player's turn" is a Quick Effect. (It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)[1]
- The effect "you can select 1 monster your opponent controls, and change its battle position" targets 1 monster in your opponent's Monster Zone.[1]
- The effect "If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can select 1 monster on the field and change its battle position" is a Trigger Effect that activates in the Graveyard. (It can be activated during the Damage Step.)[1]
- The effect "you can select 1 monster on the field and change its battle position" targets 1 monster in either player's Monster Zone.[1]
