OCG Rulings
- Tributing a Token is a cost to activate the effect that Special Summons a "Mecha Phantom Beast" monster from your Graveyard.[1]
- A Token that is not a "Mecha Phantom Beast Token" can be Tributed to activate the effect that Special Summons a "Mecha Phantom Beast" monster from your Graveyard.[1]
- The effect that Special Summons a "Mecha Phantom Beast" monster from your Graveyard targets.[1]
- While you control no Tokens, if a face-down Defense Position "Mecha Phantom Beast Hamstrat" you control is attacked by a monster with higher ATK than its DEF, flipping it face-up, after it has been decided that "Mecha Phantom Beast Hamstrat" is destroyed by battle, the effect that Special Summons 2 "Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens" when this card is flipped face-up is activated, Special Summoning the 2 "Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens". After it is determined that this card has already been destroyed by battle, the effect that prevents this card from being destroyed while you control a Token is not applied. ("Mecha Phantom Beast Hamstrat" is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, and the 2 "Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens" remain on the field).[2]

OCG Rulings
- If "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" and a Token you control would be destroyed simultaneously by "Dark Hole", the Token is destroyed, but since the "While you control a Token, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects." effect of "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" is applied, "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" is not destroyed and remains on the field.[3]
- Even if you Normal Summon "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" while you control a Token, "Solemn Judgment" can be activated. Furthermore, since the "While you control a Token, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects." effect of "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" only applies while it's face-up on the field, and since a "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" whose Normal Summon is negated by "Solemn Judgment" is not considered to be a card on the field, "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" is destroyed by "Solemn Judgment".[4]
