TCG Rulings
- You cannot activate this card on the first turn of the Duel or during Main Phase 2.[1]
- If the Zombie-Type monster’s ATK increases above 2000 after this card is activated, this effect will still apply.[1]
- You cannot activate "Overpowering Eye" while "Ring of Magnetism" is on the field.[1]
OCG Rulings
- The effect targets 1 face-up Zombie-Type monster in your Monster Zone with 2000 or less ATK.[2]
- This card cannot be activated during the Main Phase 1 of the first turn of the first player.[2]
- This card cannot be activated during the Main Phase 2.[2]
