Q&A Rulings
- Q: When I attack directly with "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", my opponent activates the effect of "Gorz the Emissary of Darkness" and Special Summons it and an "Emissary of Darkness Token". During the same Battle Phase, if I activate "Guardragon Cataclysm" by Tributing my "Primal Dragon, the Primordial", can I activate the effect of that "Primal Dragon, the Primordial" and target "Blue-Eyes White Dragon"?
- A: The effect of "Primal Dragon, the Primordial" can target a monster that has already attacked once during the Battle Phase, as in this scenario. In that case, since the targeted monster already attacked once, it can attack once more.[2][3]
- Q: Can I activate the first effect of "Gagaga Samurai" if I cannot conduct my Battle Phase that turn (such as the first turn of the Duel, or if the Battle Phase cannot be conducted that turn due to certain effects or conditions, or during my Main Phase 2)?
