OCG Rulings
- This card's effect that changes the Level of a monster Special Summoned to a zone this card points to is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target. You must declare a Level from 1 to 8 when activating this effect.)[1]
- This effect can be activated optionally after a monster is Special Summoned face-up to a Monster Zone this card points to. (It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)[1]
- This effect cannot be activated when an Xyz or Link Monster is Special Summoned to a zone this card points to.[1]
- This card's effect that destroys monsters on each side of the field with the same Level is an Ignition Effect. (It targets 1 face-up monster in your Monster Zone, and 1 face-up monster in your opponent's Monster Zone, and both monsters must have the same Level.)[1]
