- Q: When I activate the effect of "Raidraptor - Arsenal Falcon", my opponent activates "Solemn Strike" and negates the activation. In this case, will the effect of "Raidraptor - Wise Strix" that Sets a "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card from my Deck activate?
- A: If the activation of your "Raidraptor" Xyz Monster's effect is negated, as in this scenario, the effect of "Raidraptor - Wise Strix" that Sets a "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card from your Deck will not activate.[2]
- Q: "Anti-Spell Fragrance" is face-up in my opponent's Spell & Trap Zone, and its effect is applying. In this situation, if I activate the effect of "Raidraptor - Wise Strix" and Set a "Rank-Up-Magic Revolution Force" from my Deck, can I activate that "Rank-Up-Magic Revolution Force" this turn?
