These TCG rulings were issued by Upper Deck Entertainment and have since been declared unofficial by Konami.[1] They were previously considered official and can still be correct, as long as they follow the official gameplay rules, or unless Konami has issued a ruling that says otherwise. - If you meet the condition enough times, you can activate "Recycle" as many times as you want in the same Standby Phase.
- You cannot activate "Recycle" if you have no non-Monster Cards in your Graveyard.
OCG Rulings
- The effect "During your Standby Phase, by paying 300 Life Points, select 1 non-Monster Card in your Graveyard and return it to the bottom of your Deck." starts a Chain Link. (It is an optional effect that can be activated during your Standby Phase.)[11]
- The effect "select 1 non-Monster Card in your Graveyard and return it to the bottom of your Deck." can be activated once during each of your Standby Phases.[11]
- Paying 300 Life Points is a cost to activate the effect "select 1 non-Monster Card in your Graveyard and return it to the bottom of your Deck.".[11]
- The effect "select 1 non-Monster Card in your Graveyard and return it to the bottom of your Deck." targets 1 Spell/Trap Card in your Graveyard.[11]
- When the targeted card is placed on the bottom of the Deck by the effect of "Recycle", the Deck is not shuffled.[11]
