In this situation, can my opponent activate "Icarus Attack" targeting my 2 monsters?

A: While the effect of your "Revendread Executor" is applying, your opponent cannot activate a card/effect that targets 2 or more cards on your field. In this scenario, if your opponent activates "Icarus Attack", they cannot target both monsters on your field, but they can target your "Revendread Executor" and 1 other card on their own field.
