Q&A Rulings
- Q: I activate the effect of "Rokket Synchron", targeting a "Speedburst Dragon" in my Graveyard. If my opponent chains the effect of "D.D. Crow" and banishes "Speedburst Dragon" from my Graveyard, how does the effect of "Rokket Synchron" resolve?
- A: As in this scenario, if the targeted Level 5 or higher DARK Dragon-Type monster is no longer in your Graveyard when the effect of "Rokket Synchron" resolves, the part of the effect that Special Summons is not applied, but the part of the effect that prevents you from Special Summoning monsters from the Extra Deck except DARK monsters for the rest of the turn is still applied normally.[2]
