Card Rulings:Scramble Egg
OCG Rulings
- When resolving this effect, you Special Summon 1 "Sonic Chick" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard.[1]
- This card can be activated during the Damage Step.[1]
- If a monster you control is destroyed by a card effect activated as Chain Link 2 or higher, this card can be activated after the current chain resolves.[1]
- After "Scramble Egg" is activated, even if the destroyed monster is no longer in the Graveyard, the effect is applied normally. ("Sonic Chick" is Special Summoned.)[2]
- This card can be activated while "Necrovalley" is active. When resolving "Scramble Egg", if you Special Summon 1 "Sonic Chick" from your hand or Deck, the effect is applied normally, but if you Special Summon 1 "Sonic Chick" from your Graveyard, the effect is negated.[3]
- This card can be activated when a face-down monster you control is destroyed by battle or card effect and sent to the Graveyard.[4]
- Multiple copies of this card can be activated when a monster you control is destroyed by battle or card effect and sent to the Graveyard.[5]
- This card cannot be activated when "Dragunity Phalanx" treated as an Equip Card is destroyed by "Mystical Space Typhoon" and sent to the Graveyard, since it is destroyed as a Spell Card and not as a monster.[6]
- This card cannot be activated when "Embodiment of Apophis" treated as a Monster Card is destroyed by battle or card effect and sent to the Graveyard, since it is sent to the Graveyard as a Trap Card and not as a monster.[7]
- When "Sonic Chick" is destroyed by battle or card effect and sent to the Graveyard, that "Sonic Chick" can be Special Summoned with "Scramble Egg".[8]
- This card can be activated when a monster you control is destroyed by battle or card effect and sent to the Graveyard. Even if "Sonic Chick" is Special Summoned by this effect, the destroyed monster doesn't need to be "Sonic Chick".[9]
- This card can be activated when a monster you control that your opponent owns is destroyed by battle or card effect and sent to the Graveyard.[10]
