OCG Rulings

• The "You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "Shaddoll" and "Zefra" monsters. This effect cannot be negated." effect does not start a Chain Link.

• While the Pendulum Effect of "Shaddoll Zefracore" is being applied, monsters other than "Shaddoll" or "Zefra" monsters can still be Special Summoned if they are not Pendulum Summoned.

• "Shaddoll Zefracore" is treated as a "Shaddoll" and "Zefra" monster.

• The "If this card is Pendulum Summoned or sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 "Zefra" card in your Pendulum Zone, except "Shaddoll Zefracore"; Special Summon it." effect is a Trigger Effect that is activated from the field or Graveyard. (It targets 1 "Zefra" card in your Pendulum Zones. It can be activated during the Damage Step.)

• This effect can be activated if "Shaddoll Zefracore" is sent to the Graveyard from the hand or Deck.

• You can only use this effect of "Shaddoll Zefracore" once per turn. If the "sent to the Graveyard" effect was activated, you cannot activate the "If this card is Pendulum Summoned" effect during the same turn.

• If the Pendulum Summon of "Shaddoll Zefracore" is negated by "Solemn Judgment", "Shaddoll Zefracore" is sent to the Graveyard. Therefore, this effect can be activated.

• If this effect is activated by targeting a "Zefraniu, Secret of the Yang Zing" in your Pendulum Zone, and "Mystical Space Typhoon" is activated in a chain, destroying "Zefraniu, Secret of the Yang Zing", the targeted monster is not Special Summoned.

• If this effect is activated by targeting a "Shaddoll Zefranaga" in your Pendulum Zone, and "Vanity's Emptiness" is activated in a chain, since you cannot Special Summon monsters, the targeted monster remains in the Pendulum Zone.
