OCG Rulings
- Suppose you Tribute "Sky Scourge Invicil" and a LIGHT Fairy-Type monster to Tribute Summon "The Tyrant Neptune". If you have "The Tyrant Neptune" gain the effect of "Sky Scourge Invicil", then the "● LIGHT Fairy-Type monster:" effect of "Sky Scourge Invicil" is not applied.[1]
- "Sky Scourge Invicil" cannot negate the effects of Spell or Trap Cards like "Supervise" or "Damage Diet" that are activate in the Graveyard.[2]
