- This card's effect that Special Summons it from your hand is an Ignition Effect that activates in the hand. (It does not target.)[1]

- A: In this scenario, since the effect of "Macro Cosmos" is applying, cards that would be sent to the Graveyard are banished instead. You cannot declare an attack with "Super Express Bullet Train" unless you send 2 other cards from your field to the Graveyard, so you cannot declare an attack with "Super Express Bullet Train" in this case.[2]
- Q: "Super Express Bullet Train" and 4 "Sheep Tokens" are face-up in my Monster Zone. In this situation, can I declare an attack with "Super Express Bullet Train"?
- A: You cannot declare an attack with "Super Express Bullet Train" unless you send 2 other cards from your field to the Graveyard.
