  • The cost for activating the Pendulum Effect of destroying this card and adding a Pendulum Monster from the Deck to the hand is Tributing 1 "Supreme King Dragon" monster in your Monster Zone. (You can also Tribute a face-down Defense Position "Supreme King Dragon" monster for this effect.)[1]
  • The Pendulum Effects of destroying this card and adding a Pendulum Monster to the hand happen simultaneously.[1]
  • This card's Monster Effect that Special Summons itself activates and resolves in the hand. (It does not target. The cost for activating this effect is Tributing 2 "Supreme King Dragon" monsters in your Monster Zone.)[1]
  • This card's Monster Effect that inflicts double battle damage to your opponent is a Continuous Effect. (This effect is applied not only when "Supreme King Dragon Odd-Eyes" battles an opponent's monster, but also when your other Pendulum Monsters battle an opponent's monster.)[1]
  • This card's Monster Effect that Tributes itself during the Battle Phase to Special Summon up to 2 face-up Pendulum Monsters from your Extra Deck is a Quick Effect. (Tributing this card is the cost to activate this effect. It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)[1]
  • As the "Supreme King Dragon" and/or "Supreme King Gate" monsters Special Summoned by this card's Monster Effect are Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, they must be Special Summoned to the Extra Monster Zone and/or to your zones your Link Monster points to.[1]

Q&A Rulings

  • Q: If I activate the Pendulum Effect of "Supreme King Dragon Odd-Eyes", but my opponent chains "Mystical Space Typhoon" and destroys it, how does the effect resolve?
A: In this case, if the "Supreme King Dragon Odd-Eyes" that activated its effect is destroyed by "Mystical Space Typhoon", the Pendulum Effect cannot destroy it, and you cannot add a Pendulum Monster with 1500 or less ATK from your Deck to your hand.[2]
  • Q: If "White Dragon Ninja" is face-up on my field, can I activate the Pendulum Effect of "Supreme King Dragon Odd-Eyes"?
A: Even if the effect of "White Dragon Ninja" is applying, you can activate the Pendulum Effect of "Supreme King Dragon Odd-Eyes". In that case, "Supreme King Dragon Odd-Eyes" is not destroyed when resolving its effect, and you cannot add a Pendulum Monster with 1500 or less ATK from your Deck to your hand.[3]
  • Q: "Supreme King Dragon Odd-Eyes" and a "Dinomist Rex" that was Special Summoned by the effect of "Dinomist Rush" are both face-up in my Monster Zone. In this case, if "Dinomist Rex" inflicts battle damage to my opponent while unaffected by other cards' effects, will the effect of "Supreme King Dragon Odd-Eyes" double that damage?
A: The effect of "Supreme King Dragon Odd-Eyes" that doubles battle damage inflicted by Pendulum Monsters on your field is not an effect that is applied to those monsters. In this scenario, the battle damage inflicted to your opponent by "Dinomist Rex", which was Special Summoned by the effect of "Dinomist Rush", is still doubled.[4]
