OCG Rulings

  • This effect targets 2 monsters you control of the same Type with 1000 or less ATK.[1]
  • The 2 targeted monsters don't need to have the same ATK.[1]
  • If at the time of the resolution of the effect the ATK or Type of the monsters changes, their Levels still become the sum of their Levels.[1]
