- Q: If a "The Weather Painter Cloud" has gained the "●" effect from "The Weather Cloudy Canvas" during the first turn of the Duel, can I activate that effect?
- A: You can activate the effect gained from "The Weather Cloudy Canvas" as long as there is another face-up monster on the field to target. The effect can be activated even during the Main Phase 1 of the Duel's first turn.[1]
