OCG Rulings

  • The effect that only allows you to have 1 face-up "The World Legacy" on your field does not start a Chain. (If a "The World Legacy" is face-up on your field, you cannot activate a second copy in your hand.)[1]
  • This card's effect that places a counter on it does not start a Chain. (It also applies during the Damage Step.)[1]
  • This card's effect that Special Summons a Cyberse Link Monster from your Extra Deck starts a Chain. (It does not target.)[1]
  • Sending this card to the GY with 7 counters on it that were placed on it by its own effect is the cost to activate this effect.[1]
