- Q: A "Vampire Familiar" that was Special Summoned by its own effect is face-up in my Monster Zone. In this situation, when activating the effect of a "Vampire Brood" in my Graveyard, can I send that "Vampire Familiar" to the Graveyard as the cost?
- A: In this scenario, since "Vampire Familiar" was Special Summoned by its own effect, it is banished when it leaves the field and cannot be sent to the Graveyard. Therefore, you cannot use that "Vampire Familiar" to pay the cost of activating the effect of "Vampire Brood".[1]
