- A: In this scenario, even if the effect of "Macro Cosmos" is applying, you can activate "Vessel for the Dragon Cycle". In that case, the Wyrm monster that would be sent from your Deck to the GY is banished instead. In that case, even if you have a face-up non-Effect Monster on your field, you cannot add a "Tenyi" monster from your Deck to your hand.[2][3]
