- Q: When I Link Summon "Vorticular Drumgon" and activate its effect to draw 1 card, my opponent activates "World Legacy's Secret" and negates the effect. During this turn, will the effect of "Vorticular Drumgon" that prevents the zones it points to from being used apply?
- A: As in this scenario, if the effect of "Vorticular Drumgon" that draws 1 card is negated, the effect that prevents the zones it points to from being used is not applied, so those zones can be used normally.[1]
- Q: I previously activated the effect of "Vorticular Drumgon" when it was Link Summoned this turn and drew 1 card. After that, if "Skill Drain" is activated and the effects of "Vorticular Drumgon" are negated, will its effect that prevents the zones it points to from being used apply?
